Safety Is Our First Priority

Boca Chica Construction is committed to maintaining a strong safety culture on every project. Prior to mobilization, a Project-Specific Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) Plan is developed for each project.  Our crews conduct daily safety meetings and pre-task planning sessions, complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for daily work activities, and prepare Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) or Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for specific operations as required. Identified hazards are addressed through appropriate controls before work begins.

At a minimum, all field personnel are required to have completed OSHA 10-hour training, while supervisory personnel are required to have completed OSHA 30-hour training. Additional training is provided based on each employee’s responsibilities, anticipated hazards, and project-specific requirements.

Through proactive planning, employee training, and continuous safety awareness, Boca Chica Construction is committed to protecting our employees, clients, subcontractors, and the public. We perform our work in accordance with applicable OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements for federal, industrial, commercial, municipal, and utility projects.
